Jumbo Shipping’s Heavy lift vessel FairLift arrived this morning at Pier 30. I suspect she is discharging cargo, as their was nothing obvious for her to pick up on the pier. (Though there were some Mammoet heavy transport chassis on the pier the other day.)
Jumbo Shipping is also a regular caller in Halifax, (Past Visits) however they have dropped off since CAT shut the EMD plant in London ONT, and locomotives are no longer exported.
Forward is Nirint Holandia, a regular caller in Halifax.
Another Shot of Jan Van Gent for Nirint, Unlike other Nirint vessels she likes to tie up bow forward, Since her cranes are on her Starboard side, As opposed to other vessels where they are on the port side.
You can find Previous Nirint Visits Here

Jan Van Gent, In Halifax for Nirint. She was built in 2009, and is owned by Wagenborg Shipping
Another First time caller to Halifax, Lieke is on charter to Nirint. She was Lieke here to load a special break bulk cargo, as she tied up away from container handling or dry bulk handling equipment.
A new Ship for Nirint? Nope, just a new name. Nirint Spirit Arrived for the first time since Aug 2010 when she was known as Nirint Pride. Its an interesting time for a renaming, since she was involved in a collision damaging her bow in 2009. (See Previous)
under her old Name:
Yesterday, in the pouring rain.
Tied up In Better Weather the Next Day.
